Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. Also, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your e-mail accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages according to certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the email box you wish to redirect emails from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
